I made this patriotic blanket for our 4H club, Buckle Down, to raffle off at our local July 4th celebration. I bought the materials from JoAnn Fabrics, 2 yards of print and 2 yards of a matching solid, as I could not find a patriotic no-sew blanket kit in the store. I just trimmed off that edge of the fabric-selvage edge I think!?! Cut a 7 inch square out of each corner and then cut 1 inch wide by 7 inch tall strips all the way around, and knotted the two fabrics together. Easy since I don't trust my sewing at all!!!

I need your mailing addy so I can send you your blog candy! Also you need to go to my etsy and check out the dangle charms I've made so you get the drift. Choose a colour combo, a theme and if you want a Tim Holtz swivel clasp or the more sturdy keychain ring and purse/bag clasp. Congratulations Kristi!
